The second image is from July 5th, 2025. The canes are well over 7 feet tall, and by the end of summer many had topped 9 feet or more. This patch produced about 30% more berries than previous years, and their flavor and quality were superlative.
The third photo is from November 5th, 2025. Sampling of the berries at this time revealed that they were fresh, sweet and succulent, which is not normal for this time of year. Note the green berries which were still ripening.
Miraculous Mint
This patch of mint was attempting to grow in a patch of poor soil between a walkway and a building for several years, with meager growth demonstrated. As shown in the first image, taken June 26, 2024, the plants were under developed.
The following year, after an application of 2 ml of Phoenix in April, the patch of mint exhibited vigorous growth by May 25, 2025.
Over the winter of 2025-2026, the plants never died off completely and as shown in the third image, are thriving as of March 26, 2026. No fertilzer or regular watering has been applied throughout this period.
